Steve Ballmer es el administrador de Microsoft y conoció a  Bill Gates en Harvard.
En la película de Pirates of Sillicon Valles, se convierte en el  cuando Bill Gates tiene una junta con los de IBM y les ofrece el sistema operativo DOS ya que ellos no lo tenían.
